Artwork Requirements

How do I send Artwork ?

PC :-

Corel Draw 9.0/10.0/11.0/12.0	(.cdr)
Adobe Illustrator 8.0/9.0/11	(.ai or .eps)

MAC :-

Illustrator 8.0/9.0/10.0/11	(.ai or .eps)
Adobe Photoshop 5.5/6/7	(.psd, .eps, or .tif)
Adobe Acrobat 4/6	(.pdf)

Information in brackets denotes file type extension

Please remember

	Any older versions of software is okay
	Include all of the needed Fonts or Images (Quark Express and Illustrator)
	Make sure your images are at least 600 dpi, size or larger (200%)
	Use a compression program when sending larger or multiple files (WinZip or Stuff it)
	Convert your text to curves or outlines (Illustrator and CorelDraw)

PLEASE SEND ARTWORK as clean colour separated camera ready.
Camera ready is defined as black & white, colour separated 600 DPI (or higher) copy or artwork.

Examples of artwork that is NOT camera ready :

	Photographs
	Photocopies
	Faxed art
	Letterhead
	Business cards
	Jpegs
	Any other art that requires touching up, colour separation or made to one colour.

Any artwork received that is NOT camera ready is Subject to additional charges and is assessed according to the degree of difficulty and the amount of time required to convert to camera ready. Reworked art is charged at Dhs. 150 per hour. You will be notified of charges before any work is carried out.

DELIVERY

Standard production time is 2 weeks unless otherwise stated in our quotation. Allow 3 days more if camera-ready artwork is not supplied.

PROOF

For all confirmed orders, a paper proof OR a PDF document via e-mail will be supplied. Only after final approval of the proof wil, if necessary, a pre production sample be made. Any changes made after pre-production sample is done, will incur a set up charge of USD 50.

SAMPLES

Samples are available free of charge where own courier collects.

OVERS / UNDERS

Due to the nature of our production, quality control and printing process, we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under of the order quantities but you will only be charged for actual quantities delivered.

STANDARD IMPRINT COLOUR

Provide PMS colours for all jobs. Please note: we will do our best to match colours but due to the processes involved some colours may be affected slightly.

PACKING

Supplied packed in 100’s per polybag 1000 pcs per carton.
Carton size 32 x 32 x 24cm approx weight 18 KG.
Individual packing available at an extra cost of USD 0.05 per piece.

CLAIMS

All claims must be reported in writing within 3 days of delivery.

TERMS OF SALE

Terms & Conditions of sale available upon request, new clients on Proforma basis until credit account established.
